Siamo nel futuro e Sid 6.7 è un'unità composta da duecento personalità di pericolosi criminali differenti, mescolate tra di loro, usata per addestrare gli agenti della polizia. Tuttavia Sid, stanco di bits e di bytes, decide di abbandonare il cyberspazio per dedicarsi all'assassinio di uomini in carne e ossa. L'unico che sembra in grado di affrontare e di sconfiggerlo è Parker Barnes, ex poliziotto finito in carcere per aver giustiziato l'assassino di sua moglie e di sua figlia.
