Lee Swagger è un ex tiratore scelto dell'esercito americano che si è
ritirato in seguito a una missione andata storta in cui sono morti dei
civili, e che ha accettato di tornare a servire la patria per sventare
un attentato al Presidente. L'incarico è però un tranello che cela
oscuri giochi di potere, e Swagger si trasforma in bersaglio: viene
infatti accusato di essere un terrorista, e inizia così una tremenda
